This year, e-AGE24 will take place at the Carthage Thalasso Resort, an outstanding conference venue located on the Mediterranean coast in Gammarth, Tunisia. Known for its ideal blend of modern conference facilities and tranquil surroundings, the resort provides an exceptional setting for productive discussions, networking, and collaboration.

Conveniently situated just 20 minutes from Tunis-Carthage International Airport, the venue is also within 15 km of central Tunis and 10 km from the historic ruins of Carthage. VISA INFO

Travelers to Tunisia must ensure their passports and other entry documents are valid for the entire duration of their intended stay. For additional information, please see the details outlined below.

General Visa Requirements

Most participants will need to apply for a visa prior to traveling to Tunisia, except for those from visa-exempt countries. Visa applications should be submitted to the nearest Tunisian embassy or consulate well in advance of the conference. Be sure to confirm the required documents and processing times based on your country of residence, as this can vary.

Libyan Nationals
  • Passports issued before 1 January 2007 are not accepted.
  • Handwritten passports (blue cover) are not accepted.
  • Passports issued in 2014 (green cover) are not accepted.
Mauritanian Nationals

Nationals of Mauritania must have a confirmed hotel reservation and proof of at least USD 500 to cover their stay in Tunisia.

Supporting Documentation

Participants needing an official letter of invitation to support their visa application can request one after completing their registration and payment for the conference. Kindly note that an invitation letter does not imply financial support.

Important Reminder

If a visa application is refused, e-AGE24 will refund the registration fee upon receipt of the official refusal document, provided the application was submitted on time with all necessary documents.
